Natrium Systems Engineering Integration Lead The Natrium Systems Engineering Integration Lead reports directly to the Natrium Engineering Process Manager and is focused on the integration of Systems Engineering and project processes into the overall project delivery framework. In this role, you will act as the liaison for the project Engineering Process team to the Engineering and Project Management teams in support of TerraPower's Natrium project, ensuring high-level Systems Engineering concepts are distilled into project delivery at the level of implementation. This role will work as part of a high-performing team of engineers and scientists focused on developing systems of next generation reactors and other highly technical projects. Responsibilities Apply Systems Engineering principles, methods, and tools to the design of nuclear and industrial facility and its systems. Responsible for the development, implementation, and ownership of the project System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP), with interface between the Project Management Plan, Engineering Management Plan, and TerraPower Systems Engineering program. Develop, implement, and continually monitor an integrated lifecycle management model of project products across the spectrum of design activities (including systems, components, testing, construction, operations, and others). Contribute to development and maintenance of the overall TerraPower Systems Engineering Program Description and associated project implementation. Identify, develop, and implement processes and procedures required to support advancement of plant design through defined project stages of development. Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of procedures, forms, work guides, tools, and training related to design control, requirements management, configuration management, and other areas in coordination with the area leads. Coordinate and lead planning development efforts at a project level, manage expectations for design cycle deliverables and maturity, and assist to incorporate iterations of design into program milestone due dates. Support the monitoring and appraisal of design organizations, partners, contractors, and subcontractors' performance to ensure that standards for design execution and project processes are effectively and correctly implemented.
