What is a Merchandiser Supervisor at Swire Coca-Cola? In this role you will be responsible for coaching and development of your merchandising team in a geographical area, while managing labor hours within a set budget and achieving sales and Swire Coca-Cola market objectives. Responsibilities include: Staffing, training, developing and evaluating members of your team. Monitoring team and ensuring all company standards are being followed. Scheduling and adjusting work assignments to meet business needs. Respond to store inquiries proactively. Maintaining a good relationship with stores to ensure optimal sales performance. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate 1+ year managerial / leadership experience Experience in DSD industry a plus Strong communication and organization skills Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel) Available to work weekends and holidays Excellent customer service skills Must be able to lift 35+ lbs. Base pay range is $59,353 to $77,900 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
