Freshworks Inc. Manager - Customer Success in Bellevue, Washington

Supervise a team of customer service representatives and be responsible for brand value, strategic consulting and client management, which entails acting as customers' single point of contact, defining plans for deliverables, building relationships and managing strategic decisions with stakeholders, providing insight into Freshworks products, and providing business consulting that enables customers to drive engagements. Responsible for implementation, success kick-off and industry best practices, which entails aligning with account team during pre-sales for new and existing customer to understand business case, ensuring post-sales challenges are identified and mitigated, assisting customers with product implementation, building comprehensive success strategies and providing a nuanced understanding of Freshservice capabilities for customers' specific use. Responsible for technical strategies and training, which entails serving as a technical expert for cloud migration and deployment, coaching customers to improve adoption of Freshworks products, managing risks with proactive touchpoints, and collaborating with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Sales, Support) regarding engagement models. Responsible for scalability, growth and continuous service improvement, which entails providing guidance and governance through implementation to ensure timely feature rollouts, tailoring solutions to fit the customers' process and techniques, and mapping business requirements to functional capabilities. Responsible for customer retention and spotlight, which entails turning successful customers into advocates, working with EVP of Product Management to achieve goals around net revenue retention, and executing on subscription renewal plans. Travel to meet customers within the U.S. required once/twice per month. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related fields and 36 months of experience.
