What does a Line Maintenance Analyst do at Swire Coca-Cola? The incumbent works closely with the Line Controls Analyst to ensure that appropriate processes, capabilities, and routines are in place to support production with specific focus on the mechanical systems of a manufacturing line. Incumbent will also recommend mechanical / process changes to improve business results in the areas of safety, quality, production, delivery, cost, and morale. Job Details: Schedule: 4am - 2:30pm (Mon - Thurs, flexibility required, OT and weekends, as needed) Responsibilities: Actively participate in line Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and execution of the daily plan, including reporting results of the previous 24 hours: number of breakdowns, resolved / unresolved defects, project management, etc Review equipment failures and work with team members to identify root cause and countermeasures (using BDE/UPS/IPS/CAPA or other tools). Partner with Line Manager to prioritize loss elimination efforts based on data analysis (loss trees) Facilitate breakdown elimination (BDE) daily management system (DMS) with maintenance team to drive breakthrough results in line stops and in unplanned downtime - with specific focus on the mechanical systems of the manufacturing line Facilitate DICE chart reporting, trend OEE and ME, and partner with Maintenance team and Project Engineer on improvement opportunities Serve as a coach and resource for the team and actively participate in the execution of daily improvement plan Support the maintenance team in development of the 90-day loss elimination plans and the annual maintenance plan for the line Develop team's capability in effective operation of equipment and troubleshooting. Identify training gaps, build OPL (one-point lessons), SOPs and work instructions. Review JHA (job hazard analysis), Life Safety Rules and Safety Maps capturing and incorporating team feedback and learnings.
