Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 1 Support Technician to join their team onsite in Bellevue, WA and provide end-user support. Fluency in Korean language is preferred (not required).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as required

• Stage and build systems

• Complete special projects as requested

• Follow Asset Management policy and procedure

Skills and Qualifications:

• Good communication skills

• Good analytic / troubleshooting skills

• Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems

• Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications

• iOS and Android working knowledge

• Good customer support skills

• Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing

• Walk-up and remote support service experience

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
