PRO Sports Club ITS Administrator I in Bellevue, Washington
As TIER 1 support, this role provides exceptional ITS support for PRO Sports Club cast members. Support service is performed with enthusiasm and friendliness and a willingness to help others. A successful cast member in this role will have strong customer service skills, be enthusiastic about PRO Sports Club and the role they perform within the ITS Department at PRO Sports Club. Adherence to PRO Sports Club’s Core Values and mission statement is expected and is critical to success in this position.
Answers usability and basic technical issues, conducts basic troubleshooting and logs all pertinent support requests into the Aegis ticketing system.
Participates in the coordination of communication between users and the upper tiered support system (TIER 2 and TIER 3).
Ability to articulate usability and basic technical issues from a user perspective in written and verbal communication
Ability to track ticket status, priority and age of tickets entering and leaving TIER 1 level.
Assure adherence to PRO Sports Club policies and procedures
Participates in periodic staff meetings
Performs other related duties as directed by management
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Understands technical terminology, as well as the following technologies or technical processes:
Windows XP/7/8/10 OS
Active Directory (User account management)
Microsoft Office 2010/2013 products
Internet browser and internet access
Basis hardware troubleshooting
Local and network printing
PRO Sports Club-specific custom applications
Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot application usability issues including the ability to seek additional information and creatively pursue resolutions with minimal direction.
Be able to write effectively, and be customer-centric in every aspect of your support role
Be able to function as a member of a team in a collaborative work environment
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple support tickets in an active online/ecommerce environment setting.
Ability to be flexible, adaptable and work under pressure
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Use a computer, tablet or smartphone on a continual basis
Experience supporting users in a service-industry environment
Experience in the fitness industry a plus
