Our telecommunications client is looking for an Interaction Designer for a 12-month role Bellevue, WA. This is a hybrid role (3 days a week onsite, 2 days work from home, 40 hours/week).  Position Overview We are seeking a talented Interaction Designer to join our team. This role involves designing user-friendly interfaces and experiences for our internal tools and products, ensuring they meet the needs of our enterprise customers and frontline channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both web and native application design, with a focus on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and product requirements.
• Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Create and maintain design systems and documentation to ensure consistency across products.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs and ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, preferably in an enterprise environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills and process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with web and native application design.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
