The Hyatt Regency Bellevue is excited to welcome a new Information Technology Manager to join our Finance/IT Team. At Hyatt, we believe our guests select us because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences.

The IT Manager ensures all areas are supported with technology in accordance with Hyatt Brand standards. Overall responsilibilites include technical work, customer service, installation and support of server based software, troubleshooting, and other responsibilities as assigned or required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support of 120 desktop and laptop computers in networked environment

• Assist with the development of the Technology Capital Expenditure plan for future years

• Maintain technology configuration and infrastructure that is PCI and Hyatt standard compliant

• Conduct user training of portals and software applications

• Assist in developing local IT policies and procedures

• Confer with corporate project teams, application experts, vendors, and regional IT management to exchange information and resolve problems

• Balance timelines, budget, varied stakeholders, and vendor relationships

• Oversee IT analyst duties and delegate workload accordingly

Qualifications:

• Experience in technology project management is essential

• Have strong leadership, professionalism, interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with network infrastructure, end user support, and Hyatt technology systems

• Excellent organizational skills

• Off hours availability required as needed for system upgrades and support hotel end users
