Robert Half Legal is excited to partner with a Highly Well-known Global Corporation searching for an In-House Attorney to join their team!

This position is a fantastic opportunity for newly licensed attorneys to gain experience at a reputable company!

Key Duties:

  • Provide consultation on the negotiation, preparation, and administration of complex company-wide contracts, including services agreements, SaaS agreements, and software license agreements.

  • Communicate with and direct outside contacts, such as external counsel, regarding regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and contract-related matters.

  • Assign, monitor, and review the work of assigned staff to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.

  • Assist in the development of departmental budgets and track expenditures.

  • Review company activities, policies, and operations to ensure legal compliance with domestic and international regulations and government policies.

  • Provide legal advice and respond to inquiries from various company departments, subsidiaries, and affiliates regarding legal matters.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ YOE with as a licensed attorney, previously as in-house counsel

  • Familiarity with contract law and intellectual property law required

  • Familiarity with commercial litigation preferred

  • Previous experience either professional or personal within the gaming industry preferred

  • Strong written and communication skills
