HVAC Technician

Overview:

· Pay: $32 to $42 an hour

· Shift: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)

· Location: Bellevue, WA

Job Description:

Seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to take responsibility for all facets of HVAC-Refrigeration maintenance and repair throughout our diverse portfolio. This role requires hands-on expertise in HVAC systems, including the repair or replacement of compressors and other components. The successful candidate will also contribute to developing, implementing, and documenting operational best practices, ensuring high standards of customer service and tenant relations are maintained.

Qualifications:

· 1-3 years of HVAC technician experience (work experience, and/or college or trade school in HVAC Technology is relevant as well)

· EPA CFC Universal Certificate

· Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

· Strong understanding of refrigeration and HVAC repair

· Proficiency in using computer programs related to HVAC equipment/components

· Ability to read and interpret system plans and schematics
