Job Description

A management consulting firm client of Insight Global is looking to hire an HR Generalist to join their team in the Wilburton/Bellevue, WA area. This candidate will be required to be in-office 4 days/week to start, and then there will be flexibility to 3 days/week. Day to day duties are as follows:

-Manage pre onboarding activities such as offer letter creation and distribution, along with background check initiations

-Conduct weekly onboarding and day 1 orientation meeting for new hires

-Manage the offboarding of employees

-Verification of Employment letter creation and form completion

-Run monthly PTO audits, etc.

This role will be a permanent direct hire, and we are looking to pay anywhere between $60,000-$90,000 depending on years of experience and skillset. Along with base salary, there is a full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO) along with yearly bonuses and raise opportunities. Apply Today!

Experience working for a consulting firm or tech company

Ability to manage multiple tasks at once Experience with UKG null
