PACE Staffing Network HR Coordinator in BELLEVUE, Washington

What You'll be Doing...

  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage Tier 3 Employee Resource Center (ERC) cases, conduct low-level investigations, and support grievance resolution. Ensure compliance with policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manager & Employee Support: Provide guidance on progressive discipline, engagement strategies, and retention efforts. Conduct exit interviews and compile feedback for retention initiatives.
  • HR Administration & Reporting: Coordinate responses to Union and Regulatory Agency requests, assist with job descriptions, terminations, and leave management inquiries. Prepare reports, presentations, and case documentation.
  • Operational Support: Manage HR logs, case records, and tools. Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and compliance tracking. Assist with layoff processes, immunization compliance, and union organizing support.
  • Special Projects & Initiatives: Support employer campaigns, Joint Commission & State DOH survey preparedness, and compliance-based employee requirements. Contribute to HR initiatives and process improvements.

Here's what your work history needs to show as evidence that you're the right candidate...

  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience, or 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Use of strong problem-solving and analytical skills; particularly involving confidential and complex issues.
  • Knowledge of HR regulations, labor relations, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to use HR technology tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Assignment Duration: 6+ months, with potential for temp-to-hire
  • Pay Rate: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
  • Compliance: You must be able to pass a criminal background check.
