Housing Operations Coordinator Job ID: 14095 Location: Bellevue College Full/Part Time: Full Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Position Summary The Housing Operations Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Housing and is responsible for administration in the BC Residence Hall including coordination of services from Campus Operations, implementation of the BC Housing Management system, supervising and serving as staffing for the Housing front desk, and other tasks to support the daily operations of Housing. This position will work primarily on-ground, with limited options for remote working days to be coordinated with the Director of Housing or Designee. Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule Position Salary Range: $51,576/year - $69,312year The salary information shown above is a general guideline only. The salary will be determined based on candidate's qualifications and related experience, as well as market and business considerations. Individuals newly hired to Classified position are placed in a salary range based on the WPEA Collective Bargaining Agreement. We offer comprehensive compensation package with salary and benefits as the main components. Competitive salary is within the Range stated above, and commensurate with qualifications and experience. About the Department The Bellevue College Housing department was created in Fall 2018 when the first-ever on-campus residence hall was opened to serve BC students. The mission of Bellevue College Housing is to provide "safe, inclusive, and educationally-driven living and learning environments to Bellevue College students through quality facilities, academically-relevant support services, and intentional engagement with staff and resources." The LEED-Platinum certified residence hall consists of 400 bed spaces in a suite and apartment-style and includes plenty of community spaces for studying, meeting, and socializing; interior corridor facility with ample community space, a ground-floor cafe, and a front desk.
