Aegis Living Home Office Attendant in Bellevue, Washington

The Home Office Attendant provides routine and special cleaning services throughout the Aegis corporate office while completing special projects as directed. As a Maintenance Assistant, your contributions to the team may include: *Clean offices and common areas *Perform minor repairs in an office setting *Inventory and stock supplies *Perform special projects as needed *Practice effective team behavior *Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationships and communicate effectively *Demonstrate you are organized and manages time effectively Qualifications and Requirements: *Basic knowledge of and experience in housekeeping, custodial, and house cleaning methods. *Commitment to high quality standards and service *Commitment to continuous improvement *Strong communication skills (oral and written) *Demonstrated interpersonal skills *Effective conflict resolution skills *Demonstrated passion and Aegis mission orientation *Ability to organize and schedule routines and special projects so they are completed in a timely manner *Ability to operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and tools *Knowledge of solutions, chemicals and pertinent cleaning supplies and ability to read and understand label instructions *Ability to fill out forms and keep accurate records *Must meet all health requirements, including acceptable results on TB screen. and Covid Test *Must meet State requirements on a criminal background check. *Must be a minimum age of 18 years old. *Must be able to stand for long hours, kneel, climb and list a minimum of 30 lbs.
