Astreya Fleet Support Technician II in Bellevue, Washington
The* Fleet Support Technician II* will support teams on location and work towards precise execution of projects and equipment in a timely manner. The role will help arrange maintenance, ensure devices are on the latest build, and make sure vehicles are available for use for our engineers. Scope: * * Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues * Requires some instruction on new assignments and infrequent checks on daily work *Your Roles and Responsibilities: * Oversees hardware imaging, distribution, demo set-up and end-user technical support. * Perform installations, repairs and preventative maintenance on consumer/retail electronics hardware on automobiles. * Perform shipping, receiving and inventory management activities for hardware devices including but not limited to unpacking, validating, processing and receiving hardware into inventory. * Receive and prep incoming vehicles into inventory. * Maintain inventory records and data. * Execute weekly inventory cycle counts of hardware and automobiles. * Pick up and drop off vehicles for scheduled maintenance. * Provide engineers support on vehicle availability. * Attendance at off-site events may be required. * Other duties as required.
