Finance actively partners with the customer experience team to drive the business, understand drivers, look around corners, and attain our growth and profitability goals. You will work collaboratively across a matrix organization to define, develop, and focus on customer services headcount optimization, automation, and service levels globally. Ability to manage the expectations of our leadership team, our stakeholders, customers, as well as members of your finance team is paramount.More expansively:This role partners closely with a broad range of leaders, product teams, technology teams, and FP&A. This role designs, develops, and maintains performance measurements and reports on strategic input drivers to continuously improve the economics and scalability of the business. Driving projects to continuously increase our service levels while minimizing costs.Key Responsibilities:* Primary financial business partner to the customer experience team.* Drive the development of and support the execution of key input metrics and financial targets through the implementation of proactive dashboards, ongoing reporting, measurements, and variance analysis.* Create an inclusive and growth focused environment. Contribute to work life harmony by being a positive, collaborative, and an effective leader for team members and the organization.* Create effective business partnerships, manage competing priorities, and provide guidance based on data analysis managing through non-expected events.* BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science)* 7+ years of finance experience, or Master's degree and 5+ years of finance experience* 3+ years of direct management experience* MBA or other commensurate advanced degree* Professional certifications (CFA/CFP/CPA/CMA/CTP/)* Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Essbase, Cognos)* Experience in large matrixed corporations* Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills working with multiple peer groups and senior levels of management* Previous experience within a Manufacturing, Distribution Center, or Logistics supply chainAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
