BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Field Technical Support at Bellevue, WA. Position Title: Field Technical Support Location: Bellevue, WA 98005 Anticipated Start Date: 08/05/2024. Expected Duration: 06+ Months Contract with Strong Possibility to Extension. Job Type: [FULL TIME (40 HRS WEEKLY)] [CONTRACT], [ONSITE] Pay Range: $23 to 28/hr on W2 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Description: * Provides on-site field support to customers including installation, servicing and repairing systems and equipment. Verifies and approves operational quality of system equipment. * Resolves customer issues in the areas of hardware installation, repair, upgrade and maintenance. Assists in investigating and resolving complex installations and maintenance matters of significance. * Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of systems/equipment. * Ensures issues are referred to the appropriate personnel/service areas for follow up, testing and troubleshooting. * Acts as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. * Performs analysis and prepares reports on system problem trends and issues. * Troubleshoot user accounts * Understanding of SCCM, VPN, Azure, O365, Windows 10 & 11 Benefits: BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
