Position Summary

 

The Facilities Development Manager is an exempt position reporting directly to the Executive Director of Campus Operation. The role is critical to Campus Operations in planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operations of campus infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, utilities, solar panel installations, and building envelope.

 

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule

 

Position Salary Range: $81,734/year - $118,514/year

 

The salary information shown above is a general guideline only. The salary will be determined based on candidate's qualifications and related experience, as well as market and business considerations. Typically, new hire starts no higher than $90,929/year based on Bellevue College Exempt salary schedule.

About the Department

 

Bellevue College Campus Operations is responsible for capital design, construction, maintenance, custodial services, landscaping, warehouse/delivery, and all operations of campus facilities, systems, utilities, and infrastructure.
