Microsoft Corporation Executive Business Administrator in Bellevue, Washington

At M365 Core, the Executive Operations team is critical to achieving our mission. As an Executive Administrator you will support our PM leadership team to partner with your leader and colleagues to support running the product experiences business and working with cross-group teams. The perfect fit is someone who likes to execute swiftly, has a strong attention to detail, and a sense of humor. Responsibilities

What You'll Achieve:

Culture carrier and community builder: Craft fun & engaging team experiences to ensure employees continue to feel connected.

Meeting aficionado: Organize, attend, and track notes plus action items with an eye on making every interaction productive and warm for all attendees.

Calendar management: Prioritize and coordinate the leadership calendars. Make sure the leadership team is spending their time in a way that's most leveraged to achieve our objectives

Hiring & Onboarding: Works with leader to ensure new roles and opportunities are managed. Onboarding new employees with set-up and activities which ramp up employees and create a sense of belonging.

Travel planner: Flights, hotels, transportation, dining, etc. A strong attention to detail here is valued.

Expense management: Owns team budget. Manages expense reports and business activities for the leader and team.

Team operations: Ensure compliance of the company’s operational policies and procedures, external vendor staff process, goods/services procurement, and team space.

Qualifications

Skills and Toolset You'll Need to Bring:

5 years of Executive Operations experience in business setting. A bachelor’s degree preferred.

Team player and collaborator: Focused but flexible to other ideas and a proven track record of collaborative approaches to solve problems and bring teams or people together.

Organized and detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail, able to stay calm under pressure, create order of out chaos

Effective communicator: Ability to communicate priorities whether it is by written, verbal, or group communication

Event planning: Experience organizing team events with hundreds of people, as well as multi-day events with smaller groups of people, such as an leadership offsite

EQ: Love connecting with employees, and have proven ability to build relationships and bring warmth to all levels of the organization

Discreet: Demonstrated ability to maintain complete confidentiality on all business matters

Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software, including Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, OneNote, and SharePoint is strongly preferred
