Description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team located in Bellevue, Washington. This role is centered around providing comprehensive support to our executives, which includes managing their schedules, coordinating travel, and assisting with client relationship management. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our team.

Responsibilities:

• Anticipate and address the needs of executives and stakeholders, in order to facilitate their ability to meet internal commitments and client service goals.

• Manage complex meeting schedules and handle correspondence professionally and efficiently.

• Coordinate end-to-end travel needs, including booking accommodations, providing directions, and arranging ground transportation.

• Process timesheets and expense reports in a timely manner.

• Provide support for administrative aspects of leadership's internal commitments, such as practice area activities, leadership committees, and recruiting.

• Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

• Assist with account planning and client relationship management activities.

• Conduct research and gather information as needed to support executive decision-making.

• Assist with the creation and preparation of client team materials, ensuring they are proofread and prepared appropriately.

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, keeping them informed of critical information and guiding them towards optimal time management decisions.

• Take the initiative to prioritize tasks and bring important matters to the forefront for leadership.

The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $120,000 + bonus.
