Amazon Executive Assistant , WW Operations Finance, FP&A Team in Bellevue, Washington

Description

Amazon is seeking a self-driven, highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant supporting two leaders within the WW Operations Finance, Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) team. The Executive Assistant will act as an extension of their leaders and have the opportunity to work in partnership with other team leaders, key business partners, and a supportive team of Executive Assistants.

You will be an experienced and proactive planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining great flexibility and a sense of humor. Key to the position are exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to switch gears on short notice. You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, goal-focused environment, and possess an ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal supervision.

A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and maintaining data privacy is also critical to success, as is professionalism in dealing with senior leadership and peers alike. You will be someone with a strong sense of ownership and sound judgement, who wants to build a trusting, long-term partnership with Finance leaders, and develop a deep understanding of the business.

Key job responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations

• Coordinate global schedules and seamless meeting logistics, such as video conference and conference calls for internal and external meetings, staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, etc.

• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items (including meeting notes and action items)

• Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization

• Management of team space, including moves and reconfiguration

• Manage complex leader travel both domestic and global

• Expense reimbursement including report coordination, submission and issue tracking

• Support the annual operational planning process, business planning, and performance review cycles for the team

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience

  • High school or equivalent diploma

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Experience with executive level calendar management

  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading process improvements

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
