Amazon Executive Assistant, Ops Engineering in Bellevue, Washington

Description

The Worldwide Engineering organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our North American Amazon Logistics team.

This exciting role will provide support to the Engineering leadership team and partner with a diverse team of Amazonian’s WW, along with external vendors situated across North America. The role is responsible for a wide range of activities including management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements, tracking key deliverables, planning and organizing events of all sizes globally, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This EA will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals across the company is important.

The position requires the capacity to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group, while keeping abreast of general business objectives, policies, standards, services, facilities, procedures and related information in order to maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization.

Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience

  • High school or equivalent diploma

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading process improvements

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
