This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive & collaborative team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

About the team

Amazon Business (AB) launched in the United States in April 2015 with the vision of delivering a comprehensive procurement solution for business customers of all sizes. In the US, AB now serves Fortune 500 companies, hospital systems, local governments, and education organizations. AB has also expanded internationally into 9 countries. To support AB's mission, the AB Operations team was formed in 2017 and owns end to end customer experience for AB customers right from checkout to final mile delivery and sits under the broader Global Transportation Services (GTS). We are the Single Threaded WW Ops team driving B2B operations, developing products and programs unique to business customers, and enhancing the core Amazon delivery capabilities for commercial addresses.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience

• High school or equivalent diploma

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading process improvements

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

• Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
