Amazon Executive Assistant, Fulfillment by Amazon in Bellevue, Washington

Description

The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Inbound, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team in Bellevue, Washington.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning, organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

Key job responsibilities

  • Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities and calendars

  • Management of complex calendars, scheduling requirements, and prioritization of executive's tasks and appointments according to their importance, urgency, and relevance.

  • Act as a liaison for direct reports and business stakeholders

  • Extensive travel coordination (international and domestic)

  • Participate in planning of events and drive key team activities (staff meetings, all-hands meetings, supply ordering)

  • Work alongside other executive assistants within the org and throughout FBA to drive best practices and cross collaboration of efficiencies.

  • Will support at least two Directors

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience

  • High school or equivalent diploma

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Experience with executive level calendar management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

  • Experience managing multiple calendars

  • Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround

  • Strong organizational, communication, Strong analytical skills

  • Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time

  • High level of integrity and discretion

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
