Executive Assistant, Business Development This position will report to the Director of Real Estate and Facilities. This role will serve as a shared resource to both the Business Development team, as well as the Real Estate and Facilities team at TerraPower. This position will support business development and marketing functions, managing very complex calendars, preparing agendas, presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and logs/databases; making travel arrangements; and developing options/solutions to often challenging tasks related to business development and marketing functions and provide recommendations. Responsibilities Administrative Support * Provide direct support to the Business Development team, as well as other Executive Assistants on the administrative team. * Daily: enhance the work of assigned executives through general assistance and organizational support to include day-to-day interaction and facilitation of internal and external request and various aspects of interdepartmental communication. * Directly manage and coordinate executives' schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, prioritizing functions, and appointments, ensuring that meetings, deadlines, presentations, and logistics are handled seamlessly. * Serve as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders by facilitating communications, planning events, distributing information, drafts agendas and scheduling meetings. * Develop agendas, track/capture action items for pre-planning meetings and post meeting action(s). * Manage confidential communications. Editing/Proofreading Compliance * Conserve the executives' time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting, and analyzing information, and initiating communications. * Perform technical editing and proofreading of Documents and PowerPoints * Proofread for use of proper trademarks, markings, and templates. * Proofread for errors and consistency in communications and presentations. * Manage and ensure that all presentations have gone through the Public Release Procedure. Travel * Coordinate and book all travel for executives, as well as completing expense reports. * Support travel logistics, including travel packets, group travel itineraries and background information on meeting participants. * Create agenda, itinera
