Overview TRC is seeking an entry level Geologist or Environmental Engineer in our Bellevue, WA office. This position would work closely with Project Managers and technical leads performing remediation, investigation, monitoring, facility compliance, permitting, process, and other environmental activities to serve our clients. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Support environmental assessment, remediation, and compliance projects in the field and office. Perform a variety of field work including environmental assessments, environmental investigations, site inspections, feasibility tests, remedial implementation, and subcontractor oversight. Support management of large and complex tasks to ensure internal and external expectations are met for scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Generate, tabulate, and manage geological and hydrogeological and chemical data. Prepare technical reports (e.g. feasibility studies, work plans, and reports in support of environmental assessment, investigation, and remediation projects). Assist during proposal development, including preparation of work scopes and budgets. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Geoscience, Environmental or Civil Engineer from an accredited university required. 0-3 years of experience in environmental consulting with focus on investigation and remediation projects. Geologist-in-Training (GIT) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) preferred. 40-hour HAZWOPER certificate (with current 8-hour annual refresher course certification) preferred. Exceptional interpersonal skills and outstanding oral and written communication skills allowing for positive internal, client, and contractor relationships. In accordance with Washington law, the following compensation range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition: $60,000 to $72,000.
