Job Description As a Systems Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of the platforms and applications that serve the enterprise. You will work with a team of engineers, developers, and administrators to support, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the systems that support M365, Teams and other collaboration and productivity tools deployed to the enterprise. You will also play a key role in deploying/supporting M365 CoPilot/AI using the newest technologies and optimize the user experience and business outcomes. Job Responsibilities: Provide technical guidance and assistance to users and customers across various channels, including tickets, Teams, and Viva engage communities. Responsibilities will encompass training, documentation, and gathering valuable feedback. Identify and resolve issues and incidents that affect the systems and applications, using root cause analysis. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the alignment with the business requirements and objectives. Research and evaluate new technologies and processes that can enhance the systems and applications, such as M365 CoPilot/AI. Implement and follow the security, compliance, and governance policies and standards. Uses proficient knowledge and skill in emerging technologies, configuration management, etc. for non-prod and production environments. Delivers software to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of T-Mobile's services. Creates, manages, and uses dashboard for continuous monitoring and health check of applications, and the underlying infrastructure, improve the quality of services using the monitoring feedback for non-production and production environment. Contributes to future improvement of application delivery processes and operations. On call rotation (Required) Work Experience: 2-4 years Proven experience (required) 2+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience Microsoft Teams administration experience Experience or proven understanding of Gen AI, preferably M365 Copilot Supporting Microsoft applications including Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power BI and SharePoint Online Knowledge of Active Directory as well Azure AD (Entra ID) PowerShell experience (Preferred) Video/Voice systems, such as Teams and Zoom Ability to adopt and adapt to new processes and systems quickly and efficiently as the Enterprise shifts needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to speak directly and professionally.
