DEA's Energy Business Unit (EBU) seeks a dynamic, strategic leader to champion growth and to develop and lead market strategy in Washington. This position provides leadership to DEA's Energy Business which delivers comprehensive multidisciplinary services to power utility, renewable energy, data center, industrial, and federal clients. This senior leadership position reports to the Energy Business Leader/Vice President, Energy and is responsible for directing all energy business development activities within the region. Key responsibilities include strategy development, business development, client relationship management, and coaching and mentoring Client Team Leaders to expand market share and drive profitable growth. The successful candidate will be involved in day-to-day management of business development and in collaboration with the Business Leader will lead near-term and long-term strategic planning to ensure the EBU achieves both short- and long-term goals. This hybrid-friendly position can be based in DEA's Bellevue, Everett, Olympia, Tacoma, or Woodinville, Office.
