ManpowerGroup Ecommerce Test Lead in Bellevue, Washington

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Test Lead to join our Quality Assurance team. The Test Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of our e-commerce platform by leading a team of Test Associates and Test Engineers, developing testing strategies and plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in both manual and automated testing, with a deep understanding of e-commerce systems, and a passion for driving process improvements to deliver a seamless and reliable online shopping experience.

Job Title: E-Commerce Test Lead (Quality Assurance, QA)

Location: remote

Pay: $80-95k depending on experience + comprehensive benefit plan

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive testing plan for the e-commerce platform, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all aspects of platform, including user interfaces, payment gateways, product catalog, inventory, and order management systems.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Test Associates and Test Engineers, providing guidance on best practices, test automation, and execution.

  • Knowledge of test automation

  • Collaborate with development, product management, and DevOps teams to ensure early detection of defects and seamless integration of testing activities into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of bugs, defects, and issues. Work with development teams to prioritize and resolve defects, conducting root cause analysis and regression testing as needed.

  • Ensure the e-commerce platform is thoroughly tested before each release, participating in go/no-go decision-making processes and post-release validation.

Required Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a test lead or managerial role, within the e-commerce industry.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms including gateways, product catalogs, inventory,

  • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar).

  • Experience developing project milestones and test schedule roadmaps

  • Experience with test management SW tools, data analysis and capable of identifying bug trends and gaps in test coverage
