Document Prepper/Scanning Tech

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Temporary Document Prepper/Scanning Tech . In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and scanning documents, creating digital folders, and operating scanning equipment. This is a temporary position for approximately 4-6 weeks, based in Bellevue, WA . If you have a sunny disposition, are familiar with office software, and are ready to work, we want to hear from you!

Job Specifications:

- Job Type: 4-6 weeks Temporary

- Location: Bellevue, WA

- Pay Rate: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

- Shift: Day Shift

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Receive and prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, post-it notes, or other stickers.

• Create an index of the documents to be scanned and organize them into a custom digital folder structure.

• Operate scanning equipment to scan both small and large format documents.

• Ensure that larger documents are free of staples or damage before scanning.

• Lift up to 40 pounds unassisted and stand for up to an hour when using scanning equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Familiarity with software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.

• Experience in document preparation and bindery is a plus.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and resourcefully.

• Ability to focus on the task at hand and consistently improve document preparation efficiency.
