The GRC Enablement team ensures that the Security GRC team consistently delivers on our commitments, works smart, and scales our processes to align with the growing business need. GRC Enablement is responsible for centralized portfolio management, budget management, service management, process consultation, tools governance, and driving the agile transformation for GRC. The leader of this team reports directly to the head of Security GRC and is both a program leader and people leader for the team. The GRC Enablement is the “glue” between all of the GRC teams helping us to successfully deliver and work together as a cohesive unit.

This role has a unique blend of strategy and execution requiring someone who can set a vision for the team but also execute the vision working with their immediate team, larger GRC group, and business partners. Additionally, we are looking for someone with both strong portfolio management skills as well as Security GRC experience. The ideal candidate would be comfortable challenging the status quo, but also deliver consistency in operations to ensure the larger team meets our commitments.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of related Program Management experience or equivalent

  • Program lead for GRC Enablement experience

  • People Manager role with 6+ direct reports.

  • Agile, proactive, comfortable working with ambiguous specifications and can prioritize quickly and effectively

  • Experience working with Information Security, GRC, GRC Enablement, ERM, Technology, Business, and Legal/Privacy functions

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and process development skills

  • Ability to build relationships, influence, and motivate people, instill accountability and drive results

  • Detail oriented with an eye for quality

  • Understanding complex ecosystems

  • Able to work in one of the following office locations: San Francisco, CA, Bellevue WA, Herndon VA, Indianapolis IN, Burlington, MA

Desired skills for this role, but not required

  • Hands on development experience

  • Certifications in Security, PMP and/or Agile is a plus

  • Understanding of technical risk and security areas including threats and vulnerabilities associated with risks and issues.

  • Experience with GRC tools (Metricstream, Archer, etc.)

  • Requires relevant BA/BS degree

  • Industry certifications in security, technology, and/or business management are a plus (e.g., CRISC, CISSP, CCIE, CISM, CISA, CCSK)

  • Knowledge of, or experience working with, Cloud technologies/environments is a plus
