Job Overview The Director of Business Support will be accountable for driving sales productivity and operating cost efficiencies across the Region. This leader will report to the Region Vice President and have a close working relationship with the Market Directors of Field Sales, Director of Business Development, and Director of Accounts. Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership. Job Responsibilities: Lead program pilots and projects and verify initiative impact on strategic business objectives. Work closely with stakeholders and experts to identify and minimize risks, control business issues and prepare budget. Translate complex business strategies into solid implementation plans that drive results. Develop and Interpret Management Reporting including spend and volume trends, exception reporting, forecasting. Communicate effectively with other sales team and sales support team members to ensure maximum efficiency/effectiveness/consistency and minimize duplicate work. Formulate approach to gain competitive advantage and influence industry trends and approach using experience and ingenuity. Act independently under situations of uncertainty to make decisions on complex issues that have implications beyond own area. Ensure brand compliance through coordination of audit process, analysis if improvement areas and communicate with business owners as needed. Education:Bachelor's Degree Business or related field (Preferred) Work Experience: 8 - 10 years significant sales and sales operations experience in a sales organization with a top company and strong culture. (Required) Demonstrated track record of sales success. (Required) Experience managing sales for a $200M+ market unit or segment. (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Business Analytics Significant business analysis skills. (Required) Retail In-depth retail experience. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
