Robert Half Director of Finance in Bellevue, Washington

Description

We are in search of a Director of Finance to join our team based in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the financial aspects of our organization, including loan compliance, insurance oversight, tax compliance, and internal/external modeling projects. You will also play a key role in supporting our IT department's spending.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development of proforma and managing all aspects related to lender relationships.

• Collaborating with the CFO to address the company's financing needs, including the creation of marketing materials and responding to inquiries during the marketing phase.

• Managing insurance-related matters with the assistance of a Senior Analyst.

• Overseeing tax compliance and other workflows with the help of a Tax Manager.

• Leading and contributing to various internal and external modeling projects.

• Providing robust support in monitoring the IT department's spending.

• Utilizing skills in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Concur, CRM, and Enterprise Resource Planning to perform accounting functions and manage accounts payable.

• Participating in the annual budget and auditing processes.

• Utilizing knowledge in Investment Banking and Real Estate Accounting to manage financial operations.

The salary range for this position is $180,000 to $220,000 + bonus.

This role is 5 days a week in the office at the location.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in finance, real estate, or accounting with preferably 3+ year of experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, or real estate finance. Open to candidates with 5 plus years of Big 4 CPA firm experience as well but not required..

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business. Master’s degree or graduate certificate in real estate or a related field preferred but not required.

  • Demonstrated strong computer skills; a "power-user". Must be extremely adept with Excel with a proven ability to model complicated concepts into a reporting tool with toggles, strong in PowerPoint.

  • Candidate must be a resident in Washington.
