Seattle Children’s Hospital Director, North and Bellevue Regional Clinics in Bellevue, Washington

Responsibilities Direct the clinical and programmatic components, including the expansion, of the North and Bellevue Regional Specialty Clinics, in a manner that meets continuous performance improvement, customer service, programmatic growth, and financial requirements that support the mission of Seattle Children's. Working with the Division/Clinic Chiefs and the respective directors of the identified departments who provide services in the North Sound and Bellevue Regions, this position provides leadership to develop and implement the strategic initiatives for the expansion of the North Sound and Bellevue/Eastside regions, within Ambulatory Services and the organization. #LI-JC1 Job Posting Addendum Preferred Qualifications: Clinical RN experience in an ambulatory setting Requirements Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field. Minimum of five (5) years progressive management and/or director level experience. Minimum three (3) years experience overseeing/participating in program development and/or strategic planning. Required Credentials: N/A. Preferred: Minimum of five (5) years progressive management and/or director level experience in an ambulatory care setting. Master's degree in Business, Health Care Administration or Public Health. Experience in an academic setting. Min to Max Hourly Salary$71.61 - $107.41 /hrMin to Max Annual Salary$148,948.80 - $223,412.80 /yrSalary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
