T-Mobile Digital Media Strategy Manager in Bellevue, Washington

We’re looking for a seasoned digital media professional to lead the digital media strategy and planning for a variety of business units.
This role is a leader within our organization charged with collaborating internally and externally to bring to life innovative digital media plans. You will work closely with comms planning, digital investment, and media analytics teams to develop and implement best-in-class strategies for your LOBs. A successful candidate will be an established professional of the digital media space, with a proven track record for innovative data-driven media planning. This role will report into the Senior Manager of Digital Media Strategy & Planning.
What you’ll do in your role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE
Serve as Digital Media Strategy & Planning Lead for your respective lines of business
Partner with cross-functional teams to curate LOB-specific paid digital media plans that drive KPIs and business objectives
Identify and recommend test and learn opportunities to drive innovation, greater learning, and improve the performance and accountability of digital media
Oversee day-to-day LOB-specific digital planning communication and project management
Foster ongoing internal and external cross-team collaboration to optimize media plans and business outcomes
Prepare and deliver highly-polished presentations to senior business and marketing stakeholders

THE EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
While the quality and accomplishments of a person’s career will be the determining factor, the finalist must have the following requisite qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of digital media experience (programmatic display/OLV/audio, paid social, paid search, and/or ad operations) whether at an agency, end brand, or technology platform
Experience with the full lifecycle of a digital media campaign from planning to trafficking and campaign setup, QA and launch, ongoing management and optimization, and reporting
Robust understanding of the industry, inventory, and platform landscape for both biddable and non-biddable digital media
‘Big Picture’ mentality to translate technical media concepts into strategic business implications
Adept at managing a range of planning objectives across different products, goals, and target audiences
Demonstrated experience in managing projects from end to end and coordinating resources to support in the successful and timely delivery
Familiarity with the direct digital buying landscape and workflow including, publisher evaluations and RFPs, Insertion Order delivery and pacing oversight, and post-campaign reconciliation
Understanding of key addressable advertising elements including segmentation, trafficking, tag implementation, A/B testing, auto-optimization, cross-device integration, and security
Domain expertise in Google DV360, TTD, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, CM, GA, Amazon Advertising Platform, and/or Adobe Analytics Suite
Comfortable multi-tasking and able to deliver results under tight deadlines in a non-traditional work environment
Hands-on experience managing campaigns in multiple digital advertising platforms
Proven success in consistently driving business initiatives – going above and beyond job description
Four-year college degree preferred
