The Digital Media Forecasting Manager builds, maintains, and delivers forecasts which help leadership and performance marketing partner teams make data-driven business decisions. These decisions include calculating spend volume requirements and application across tactics using a range of tools and statistical modeling. The Digital Media Forecasting Manager will work closely with a variety of partners, managing communications across teams to deliver and speak to trusted quarterly and yearly foreacasts. This person creates recommendations informed by analysis, eye for business and partner insights to drive improvements in a highly matrixed environment through creativity, and effective collaboration. Responsibilities: Interact with various stakeholders across the T-Mobile to provide forecasts, metric alignment and recommendations that deliver data-driven insight into the coming quarter's performance. Serve as a key point of contact in providing data and solutions to drive enterprise results. Define product feature and campaign success metrics and benchmarks. Act as a subject matter expert for outside teams trying to familiarize themselves with performance marketing data environments and preferred KPIs. Utilize analytical and modeling capability to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization. Assist in the update of forecasting models to better inform our partners Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree - Data Analysis, Data Science, Similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required) 3-5 Years - Working experience with performance/Web Marketing (Required) 3-5 Years - Working experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches 3-5 Years - Working experience reporting and analyzing performance & visualization (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) 3-5 Years - Working experience in advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis, statistical analysis, and quantitative analysis Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Data Analysis - Exceptional at using datasets to tell a story, creating forecasts that offer insights to improve value creation. Problem Solving - Tenaciously curious and a self-starter who is able to find solutions at times where there may be ambiguity Communication - Ability to manage relationships, influence stakeholders, communicate complicated analysis in a clear and concise manner. Up-to-date knowledge of strategic frameworks, industry trends, and datasets to improve company performance * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Washington Pay Range : $101,200.00 - $137,000.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
