As the Value Realization Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing new delivery models and measuring the value generated by the Data & Reporting Portfolio of T-Mobile. The Data & Reporting Portfolio is a component of Elevate Transformation, which is a transformation program focused on process, technology, risk and data within the Finance, Supply Chain and Procurement functions at T-Mobile. Your responsibilities will focus on supporting the administration and management of the Data & Reporting Portfolio within Elevate Transformation. This position will serve a critical role in establishing Operational Excellence, management of the budget and deliverables and measuring value delivered by the Portfolio. This role with work closely with project stakeholders including portfolio leadership, functional process experts and advisory consultants. You'll contribute to the success of T-Mobile by running the Data & Reporting portfolio as business; this will include implementing processes that facilitate the management of data and reporting deliverables. Are you ready to join the Un-Carrier? What you will do: Establish Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the outputs of the Data & Reporting Portfolio. Leverage OKRs and KPIs to measure and assess the value delivered by the Data & Reporting Portfolio to business stakeholders. Oversee the Data & Reporting budget, inclusive of annual planning, tracking deliverables against milestones and monitoring spend. Assist in developing the Portfolio roadmap and prioritization methodology. Apply critical thinking to navigate impediments to portfolio objectives (e.g., revisions to project roadmap, resource or budget constraints, scope changes). Influence stakeholders to resolve impediments. Demonstrate a dynamic skillset to support the Data & Reporting Portfolio as it matures through its lifecycle, including implementing new ways of working (Agile, Operational Excellence) and new technologies. Participate in status meetings (Meta Scrums) and business review meetings to ensure alignment between priorities and resources. Support task and resource management using Agile methodology and tools (Jira). Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in planning and analytics. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, accounting or similar. Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners. Critical thinking skills to define objectives and measure progress against those objectives. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey status, objectives and results to stakeholders. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus. Ability to work effectively in both autonomous and team environments. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
