Job Overview The Analyst, Cybersecurity Awareness role is responsible for supporting the internal T-Mobile Cybersecurity Awareness and Training program. This individual will manage the phishing simulation program and report on progress towards key goals. This individual will leverage technical and creative skills to expand our awareness program reach and impact along with supporting the cybersecurity team's communication and SharePoint needs. This individual will ensure program elements meet or exceed compliance requirements and industry best practices. Job Responsibilities: Works with cross functional groups and staff in the creation of security awareness program activities to ensure the security and privacy from T-Mobile's employees. Works with cybersecurity subject matter experts to create, maintain, and analyze the enterprise-wide phishing program. Support information security department with SharePoint, WebEx, M365, and other tools. Collaborate with Cybersecurity SMEs and internal partners for communication and event support. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Contribute to security projects driven by groups both internal and external to info security. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science or Information Technology. Relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered. Experience: 2-4 years-Experience in info security technology or related field. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
