Join our Team Customer Solutions Director - CSS Location: Bellevue, WA, on-site This role will join a dynamic team within Ericsson's Customer Unit T- Mobile, focused on driving sales and business development for BOS and MS domains within Cloud Software & Services. This role will be in Bellevue, WA and will coordinate with those mostly in Market Area North America. The immediate team will have 9 team members, but many more customer contacts and internal matrixed team members. This role is collaborative and innovative, fostering a culture of trust and continuous learning. The goal of this hire is to strengthen Ericsson's position as a preferred partner in BOS and MS domains by enhancing sales and business development efforts. Impact in 3 Months: Establish relationships with key customer decision-makers, internal colleagues, and begin influencing sales strategy. Impact in 6 Months: Drive new funnel opportunities, craft competitive offers, and progress strategic deals toward closure. What you will do Engage in pre-sales activities, ensuring Ericsson's solutions provide added value. Lead solution domain engagements and manage existing solutions to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with account managers to drive long-term business. Drive the technical sales process and design comprehensive solutions. Build relationships with account management teams and stakeholders. Position new offerings based on Core Network solutions. What you will have 10+ years of relevant ICT experience. Expertise in Digital Services, Core Networks, and Communications Services. Strong understanding of CSPs' Core & Cloud environments. Ability to lead with a consultative sales approach. Familiarity with orchestration and RAN concepts preferred. Prior experience with large Customer Units.
