Role Overview: Beacon Hill is seeking a proactive and dedicated individual with a passion for providing top-tier service for our client in the Bellevue area. As a Corporate Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our corporate account team delivers an exceptional white glove service. You will manage onsite deliveries, oversee the entire process from the loading dock to setup in the client office space, and provide top-notch support to employees. Your goal is to ensure seamless delivery and setup, address any issues promptly, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate Onsite Deliveries: Manage the delivery process from the loading dock to the client's office space, ensuring orders are complete and timely. - Setup and Presentation: Ensure the food is set up according to the client's preferences, creating an inviting and professional dining experience. - Client Interaction: Professionally interact with client administrative staff and employees, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and courteously. - Support and Assistance: Provide assistance to employees as needed during the service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. - Cleanup: Support the cleanup process post-lunch, ensuring the client's space is left tidy and clean. - Feedback Submission: Fill out a detailed survey with the client, providing feedback and suggestions to the Customer Success Manager (CSM) for continuous improvement. - Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with delivery drivers and internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience. Typical Day: - Arrive at the client's office ahead of the scheduled lunch time. - Handle logistics such as picking up the menu, managing food delivery, and setting up the dining area. - Support employees during the lunch service, addressing any issues or requests. - Assist with cleanup and ensure the area is left in excellent condition. - Complete a feedback survey with the client and submit it to the CSM. Ideal Candidate: - Positive Attitude: A friendly and approachable demeanor with a willingness to provide exceptional service. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others and support team goals. - Willingness to Learn: Openness to training and feedback for continuous improvement. -Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift 30+ pounds as needed for setup and cleanup. Requirements: - On-site presence during weekday lunch shifts. - Based in Bellevue, WA. - Prior experience in a customer service, hospitality, or similar role is preferred.
