We are looking for a motivated Corporate Counsel - Cell Site Leasing to provide legal counsel and support negotiations with landlord entities through the T-Mobile network siting and construction process. In addition, successful job candidates will be able to provide advice and counsel to network leadership and their teams What you'll do in your role. Negotiate and draft complex real estate contracts and related agreements, including cell site leases and amendments, master lease agreements, assignment and assumption agreements, bill of sale agreements, easements, cost share agreements, etc. Serve as a trusted advisor to T-Mobile's business team, executives, and leadership regarding cell site leasing, including design and construction matters, insurance, tax, and risk mitigation. Experience managing a high volume of real estate related transactional contracts with landlords and governmental entities for installation or construction of cell sites (e.g., negotiating lease rights including site access, placement and use of antenna facilities, relocation of equipment and facilities, indemnification, and insurance clauses, etc.) under tight time constraints. Support continuous improvement of legal processes, procedures, and controls to drive efficiencies and scalability. Co-create and present training materials and conduct training sessions for T-Mobile attorneys, network development teams and vendors to establish best practices to drive consistency and efficiency across functions and regions. Effectively and efficiently work with other T-Mobile subject matter experts, legal teams, outside legal counsel to advise leadership and solve problems. Think like the "Uncarrier" in the context of all that you do for T-Mobile, with a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach to all matters. The experience you'll bring. Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school & admission and licensed to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction. 5 -8 years of on point in-house and/or law firm real estate experience Strong time management skills Minimum Required Excellent written and oral communication skills Collaborate with other legal and business professionals with a focus on identifying efficiencies
