Coldstream Wealth Management Coordinator for Wealth Planning Group in Bellevue, Washington

Job Descriptions:

We are seeking an administrator to work closely with Coldstream’s Wealth Strategy Group (WSG) - several Wealth Managers and the Chief Wealth Strategist. This position will report to the Chief Wealth Strategist and collaborate with all members of the WSG, particularly the WSG Analyst.

We provide a collegial environment where you will be rewarded for taking initiative, growing, and having fun while doing it. This is a hybrid role in Bellevue, working in office 2 days per week.

How you will contribute:

  • Manage Learning Management System and collaborate with WSG Analyst to build out training programs

  • Organize and maintain centralized resources on internal SharePoint site and network drive

  • Manage licenses and firm-wide settings for various software used by WSG members

  • Schedule, attend, and document WSG meetings; schedule deadlines and coordinate follow-up for multiple WSG teams

  • Assist in the planning and organization of WSG retreats

  • Track WSG feedback and present it in an organized manner to the WSG Analyst and Chief Strategist

  • Respond to WSG emails with appropriate resources and escalate to WSG Analyst as needed

  • Track interactions with Centers of Influence (COIs) and other important business contacts in Salesforce

Required Experience:

What you bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration or a related field is preferred

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably within financial services, wealth management, or a related field

  • Strong skills with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience managing SharePoint and ensuring efficient organization of files and resources

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating effectively

  • Detail-orientation with a high degree of accuracy

  • Proactivity and a problem-solving mindset
