Position Title: Construction Coordinator Location: Bellevue, WA Full Time/Part Time: Full time Req ID: R225-2025 Description:

*Unless specifically contracted, resumes from recruiting agencies are not being accepted for this position.* We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to work closely with our team in handling all support work as it relates to construction projects, working with Kimco tenants and our tenant's contractors/vendors.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Preparing all contract related paperwork and process payment requests

  • Handling Contract Input Forms, Purchase Orders, Contracts, Short Form Contracts, and holdbacks

  • Collecting and assembling all data and supporting documents for review and presentation to the Tenant Coordinator, Project Manager or Director

  • Processing all CAPEX, Landlord Work, and Tenant Improvement Allowances via Job Cost process required by the Tenant Coordinator, Project Manager or Director

  • Entering budget data into MRI

  • Coordination of tendering of spaces to tenants.

  • Processing internal and external Notices as directed by the Tenant Coordinator, Project Manager or Director

  • Network file management of construction documents

  • Coding invoices in Nexus for processing and payment

  • Project close out documents collection and filing

  • Coordinating vendor work

  • Following up with vendors to ensure work orders have been completed per scope

  • Other coordination tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize and timely execute tasks with accuracy and precision

  • At least two years of experience in a fast paced corporate setting

  • Background in retail commercial real estate, preferably with construction administration / billing

  • Understanding of retail leases a plus

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience

  • Prior administrative experience

The expected salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $65,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law
