Responsibilities:

Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas for the Small Business, Mid-Market, National and Client Sales organizations.

Identifies and develops business opportunities within the United States SMB market.

Identifies short- and long-term business strategies and leads the creation of plans to achieve these.

Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and negotiating agreements with external stakeholders including key business partners.

Understand local customer insight. Take action and provide education on insight across organizations as needed.

Manages and aligns culture, environment, facilities within US and corporate cross-functional leaders on overall philosophy and strategy. Educates others on local requirements. Act effectively at the local level yet understand global platforms and contribute to strategic initiatives through local insight.

Create and execute on the operational vision around volumes, metrics, staffing, etc. Ensure that quality standards are developed and applied to all activities and establish appropriate metrics.

Create communication plan for engaging various groups within SAP Concur (i.e. Executives, Managers, HR team) on status of business and market changes.

Ensures compliance with all legal requirements of various US programs and ensures preparation and filings of required legal reports are performed on a timely basis.

Translate the company vision into action through influence at all levels of the organization.

Exhibit and lead with strong change management skills.

Position Requirements: Education, Experience & Training

University degree, or equivalent work experience in a fast paced, high performing environment.

10 years experience in sales and sales leadership within the technology industry.

Management experience and demonstrated effectiveness to meet the managerial expectations.

Position is virtual - must be based in U.S.
