Responsibilities

What we do:

We are a full-service consulting firm that provides a wide range of infrastructure, land development planning, and engineering services to both public and private clients. Though we have more than 7,000 employees in over 100 offices, we pride ourselves on our small company feel.

This person will be responsible for civil plan production for various projects, site layout/design, utilities layout/design, file management, and assisting in preparation of submittal packages. Candidate must be proficient at preparing civil construction drawings in Civil 3D. Candidate must be able to work with a team of civil designers and engineers.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred

• Strong proficiency with Civil 3D - drafting and design

• 5+ years of relevant drafting/design experience

• Working experience in the preparation of construction plans and documents

• Experience providing mentorship and training staff preferred

• Strong work ethic, interpersonal communication/writing skills and desire to learn

Salary Range:

• $100,000 - $140,000

• Eligible for performance based bonus compensation
