Our Psychiatry team is seasoned and diverse to include physicians and advanced nurse practitioners trained in Adult and Child Adolescent Psychiatry. We offer multiple practice modalities for our patients in collaborative care, psychotherapy, groups and medication management support.

Your practice:

• Flexible Schedules: Create your ideal work life balance with options to practice hybrid remote and a 4-day work week with and built-in administrative time.

• Innovative care: Collaborative Care model embedded in primary care, individual therapy, groups include Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Anxiety, Bipolar, CBTi, Geropsychology, as well as trauma-informed therapies like Cognitive Processing Therapy and EDMR.

• Balance: 100% outpatient, flexible schedule, no weekends

• Full Administrative support with a dedicated Practice Manager and regular consultative time to connect with colleagues

Required Qualifications:

• BE/BC in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

• Unrestricted WA State Medical License required prior to start date

• Current WA DEA certificate required prior to start date

Washington Residents Only : The salary range for this role is $255,573 to $372,297 per year. Salary Ra nge is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
