Center for High School Programs Front Desk Job ID: 12189 Location: Bellevue College Full/Part Time: Full Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Position Summary The Center for High School Programs Front Desk (Program Specialist II) position works under general supervision and reports to the Center for High School Programs Program Specialist. This position uses independent judgment to coordinate designated day-to-day operations of a busy department with 5 distinctive high school programs and requires frequent use of technology to coordinate events and input student information. This position also provides program specific assistance, interpreting, and applying specific Washington State policies, procedures, and regulations as they apply to department and division protocol. The position requires knowledge of the services and protocols for dual credit programs, student success strategies, and with Bellevue College's core student support services. The position also requires knowledge of the K-12 high school graduation requirements, the state Youth Reengagement Programs, College in the High School Program, Running Start Program and Pacific Northwest CTE Program, while engaging students through equitable and inclusive services. This position is required to work on campus in person. Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule Annual Salary Range: $42,858 - $55,752 Annual salary will be commensurate with candidate's qualifications and related experience. We offer comprehensive compensation package with salary and benefits as the main components. Competitive salary is within the Range stated above, and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
