Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Bellevue, WA. Business Systems Analyst - eCommerce Position Summary Responsibilities: * Product owner to support teams managing new product launches, system implementations, and mechanisms to accelerate growth for online sales * More specifically, you will partner with engineering and operations teams to improve the website especially on the fulfillment and billing process * You will identify blockers, ruthlessly prioritize, and influence central teams without a direct reporting relationship to deliver results * Support eCom process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies * Assist in the preparation of project planning and coordination, including but not limited to scheduling, defining roles and responsibilities, and documentation * Daily conduct system log monitoring and troubleshoot any interface errors or issues with online orders mainly within the SAP R/3 system * You will analyze inquiries and issues on ERP interfaces or ERP systems to come up with an improvement plan and make changes to the system Requirements: * 3-5 years of experience in project management, including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling, and tracking of projects from initiation, planning, execution, and delivery * 1-3 years of experience in fulfillment/distribution center/operations, supply chain, general management, or engineering operations * Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations * Bachelor's degree in information sciences/or computer science, Business Administration, consulting, or business/analytical experience * Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to communicate with all cross-functional teams (technical and business) * Expertise in the product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge * Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask, and work well under pressure * natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative * Team player who collaborates well with others * Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience * Expertise in software product development lifecycle * Demonstrable ability to look for areas of improvement and propose process improvement initiatives * Proven ability to use Microsoft Office products at Expert/Advanced level * Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines * Experience in Confluence and JIRA preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Staffmark talent working with this client receive competitive compensation and a great benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and Paid Time Off plus more!
