WW Business Rhythm Manager, VSU and QBC Meeting Management and Production

Providing leadership, cross-organizational alignment, consistency of approach, and ensuring effective conversations backed by quality data to our Corp and Field leader rhythms is core to this role. The Business Program Manager, WW Leader Rhythms is responsible for building and operating several of the core leader connections between our field and corp leaders to drive clarity and accountability for delivering business results and key customer & partner insights. These executive-level conversations shape our commercial go-to-market strategy, and significantly influence our product strategy across the commercial space.

Our Virtual Solutions Unit meetings bring together senior leaders in each Solution Area at Corp and Field to deeply review our performance, market factors, competitive situation, and customer and partner insights with the goal of maximizing our business in each Solution Area. Our Quarterly Business Conversations are the most senior “left to right” business reviews the company conducts between Corporate and Field Leadership teams.

You will play a critical role in supporting the Commercial Sales review rhythm in the Field and at Corp. You will specifically own the overall model and execution of our Virtual Solutions Unit reviews, focusing on accelerating field insights in each Solution Area on a quarterly basis. This includes the overall meeting approaches, attendee models, timing, and content production processes. You will work closely with stakeholders across each Solution Area and Business Group, data teams, and field leaders. In addition, you will be responsible for overall attendee models and scheduling of cross-business Quarterly Business Conversations with senior executives. You will work as a part of a close-knit team to ensure both operational and business success in these conversations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Virtual Solutions Unit (VSU) design, model, orchestration and stakeholder engagement to ensure high quality discussions, insights and coaching

  • Partner closely with Solution Area Leads, Business Group teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure a consistent and effective meeting model.

  • Foster relationships across BG, Solution Area and field teams to land comprehensive review content (decks, views), drive meeting scheduling and execution, and ensure that key learnings ladder up to the Quarterly Business Conversation environment.

  • Work with RoC (Rhythm of Connection) Content and Readiness lead to identify and source QBC views and data points to support commercial Leader Rhythms

  • Manage quarterly Corp to Field QBC and VSU meeting timing, agendas, attendee model, and deck production

  • Design and manage meeting scheduling tool-set to ensure efficient and effective scheduling of senior executive meetings that include the right stakeholders

  • Qualifications include college degree (MBA/Masters preferred)

  • Experience in field excellence, planning, business reviews and an understanding of business financials and business operations within field sales or marketing environments

  • Experience working with engineering and production teams and managing technical content

  • Demonstrated track record of working in cross-team collaborative environments

  • Ability to work effectively in high pressure/fast paced environments while communicating clearly and directly with stakeholders at all levels.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to develop a deep understanding of business requirements for organizational capability development, and integration with performance management frameworks and systems. Field and / or international experience preferred. The ability to manage vendors required.
