We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Business Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and providing strategic planning support to our Vice President, Directors, and their cross functional teams. As a Business Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for organizing, directing, and assisting in the implementation of programs to ensure growth, revenue, and customer experience objectives are met. You'll serve as a key liaison for enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at improving service and operational efficiencies. Your role will involve program support, data collection, problem-solving, communication, change management, and presenting to leadership. This position also includes responsibilities for administrative support including calendar, travel, and expense management. Job Responsibilities: Calendar Management Efficiently manage and coordinate executive calendars, ensuring all meetings, appointments, and events are scheduled without conflicts. Prioritize and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate urgent and high-priority meetings. Expense Management Handle and process expense reports, ensuring all submissions are accurate and comply with T-Mobile policy. Monitor and track expenses to maintain budget adherence and provide regular financial updates. Travel & Logistics Management Arrange and manage all aspects of travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Ensure travel itineraries are well organized and communicated to all relevant parties. Proactive planning and execution of upcoming meetings Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for upcoming meetings. Coordinate with participants to ensure all necessary information is available and distributed in advance. Weekly tracking status of quarterly initiatives Monitor and report on the progress of quarterly initiatives, proactively identifying any potential issues that arise. Collaborate with leadership and team members to ensure milestones are met and objectives are achieved. Project management Collaborate on project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resources. Maintain project timelines and track deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and promptly address any concerns. Conduct final review to ensure all objectives have been met.
